Storage & Refund Rules

Storage Matrix: Identity Documents are kept for 12 Months. Electronic Devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets) are held safely for 6 Months. Keys are held for 3 Months.

Remittance Fees: Recovery configurations are generally non-refundable once verification processing and clearance tracking checks commence.
