- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Respect other users and authorised personnel.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
- Submit false claims.
- Upload misleading information.
- Attempt to recover property that does not belong to you.
- Interfere with the platform or its security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
4. Ownership Verification
Before any item is released, Find My ID may require verification of ownership.
Verification may include:
- National identification.
- Supporting documentation.
- Security questions.
- Information relating to the lost item.
- Verification by an authorised recovery officer.
Failure to verify ownership may result in a claim being declined.
5. Recovery Fees
Certain recoveries may require payment of a recovery or administrative fee.
Applicable fees will always be displayed before payment is made.
Payments are generally non-refundable once recovery processing has begun, unless required by law.
6. Custody of Property
Find My ID acts as a facilitator of the recovery process.
Items may remain under the custody of:
- Law enforcement agencies.
- Government institutions.
- Partner organisations.
- Other authorised custodians.
Find My ID does not guarantee that every lost item will be recovered.
7. Accuracy of Information
While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every listing or record will always be complete, accurate, or available.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and process personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that a user has:
- Violated these Terms.
- Submitted fraudulent information.
- Misused the platform.
- Attempted unauthorised access.

11. Intellectual Property

Find My ID provides the platform on a best-effort basis.

- Delays caused by third parties.
- Incorrect information provided by users.
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

The latest version will always be available on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of Eswatini.
